The menus, designed by award winning Chef Juan Gálvez combine the freshest ingredients and seasonal produce with gourmet flavour and cuisine. Whether preparing for the beach season or simply looking to live a healthier lifestyle, the Spa menus offer all the nutritional information needed.

Guests need not sacrifice variety and flavour; the menus consist of such savoury dishes as oven-roasted sea bass, with seasonal roasted vegetables, king prawn ceviche and white veal scallop with vegetables. Flavourful desserts such as sugar-free quince with Burgos cheese, water melon and mint sorbet and orange segments with sugar-free chocolate complete the experience.
Those looking to cool off and detoxify during the summer will enjoy the fresh fruit smoothie menu at MC Café and the Pool Bar. The smoothies are all made with real fruit, 100% pure fruit juices, no syrups and no added sugar.
“Our fresh fruit smoothies are hot at the moment,” says John Thomson. “Clients love our red/blackberry, pomegranate smoothies for their detoxifying benefits. Fresh ginger, lime and kiwi are also popular, all of which boost the immune system.”
